STEERS H/O AND MALL @ CARNIVAL COMPLETELY USELESS!!

Steers Mall @ carnival by far the worst customer service EVER! Placed an order on their app 18:45 order accepted as well as my payment, only to the tell me at 19:40 that the order won't be delivered and I need to collect. THEY CLOSE @ 20:00!!!!

I now try and call them and first get a number that is no longer working and then another that goes to VM! Finally get through to head office and am politely told where to get off, refund will only be 48hrs and no effort to try get my order to me!

If I do not hear from someone In a high enough position in that company I will WILL create an anti website and market it so much they will lose business! I have worked in customer service and this is just pathetic! Not even an apology!
