Steers Highveld. Worst food ever!

Honestly don't even know how to start. I bought a few burgers and a rib feast box at Steers in Highveld, Centurion tonight, 22 May 2019. To be honest, it was the most revolting ribs I have ever had in my life. Burnt with a intense chemical taste and smell. Almost like they used cutex remover in the basting. This after waiting 25 minutes for my order and paying R149 for the so called 500grams ribs. What a **** story. If I had 200grams worth it would have been a lot. And yes, I know it's 500grams uncooked weight. Surely it can't lose 70% in the cooking process?

I grew up with Steers ribs and there was no restaurant that could make the quality, good tasting ribs that Steers could. Why did this change? Maybe just taking my hard earned money and delivering **** food is too easy? Or maybe because we, the customers, who bring in the money for your company, are not important enough?

I dare the owner of this store, the area manager or someone high and mighty boss with the big bucks not knowing whats going on in the stores, to contact me. I would love to hear their story.
