STEERS HIGHLANDS CENTRE BAD SERVICE
I made an order on the app, two hours went past when I tried to track it nothing it says problem with tracking. I then called the store and was advised that driver is in the way and will reach me in 6mts 30 mts later driver WhatsApp me and delivers. My meal had no spice or even seviettes mind you it’s a burger and chips so I had to eat the chips with out any salt. So I decide to send an e-mail to complain fine someone from head office phoned and reassured me that the store will contact me within 24hrs and only the manager from Steers Hazyview phoned instead of someone from Steers Highlands Centre where my order was made and this was last week Thursday.

This is very unacceptable and I asked her if she is calling me for that after so many emails between Steers and myself. A week later calling to apologise and expecting me to order with Steers next time
