Steers Heidelberg taking my money and voucher without me getting my order and everything that follows

Honestly countless complaints about Steers Heidelberg Mall Gauteng . So if I could give no star at all I would.. but today's issue Placed online order,like I do so many times,enter voucher given to me and make payment. Payment goes off from my account and voucher can't be used but my order never goes through. Called them saying that they will call back..lady did call back,just saying sorry but my money will be transferred back to my account within 5 working days and voucher will maybe work tomorrow.. told her..this is not acceptable.. it's not my fault.. she says she will talk to manager and will call back hour later I call,no call from them, they put down the phone twice. I eventually got manager cellphone number and called her,she just said sorry it's not their fault... This is ridiculous. They take your money immediately from your account and my voucher,but can't pay it back immediately or even try to help me.. nevermind the calling cost I have to pay and now the banking cost. This is not acceptable. They say all calls are recorded to see if customer is satisfied..well I am most definitely not satisfied. Wanted to order wacky Wednesday today,so 5 days will not work for a fault on Steers side. Manager's name is Aletta Botha and she didn't even try to help me or call me back,just sorry not their fault.
