Steers Heidelberg mall refusing order to be delivered (6min drive from store)

Ordered online but refused to deliver even though it's only 6min drive from steers. Understand if it was a small order, but it was not and I am a regular customer of Steers, Debonairs and Fish away. Currently feel that I will never buy from them again and will definitely tell all my friends and family about their false advertising of delivering and poor customer service
