Steers health violation

Bought a burger with friends yesterday as a sharing meal Only to discover that mine only! Was raw!! Raw meat is a health risk and is nothing to played with because that can potentially be a source of Salmonella Why would Steers take such chances in playing with people lives I honestly discourage anyone to buy food from Steers especially Steers Watercrest in Hillcrest! This is not the 1st issue I have had with this franchise so this will definitely be my last time there
