STEERS HATFIELD POOR SERVICE

hi!

My order came through 1 hour and 10 minutes late. What are the delivery policies? The deliverer said he would tell the manager to call me but unfortunately no call came through. I also phoned the steers number and spoke to a lady on the phone, she said she would tell a manager to call me but, as per usual, no one called me.

I had to pay for poor service, very very poor. The branch is in Hatfield.
