Steers Hatfield I'm disappointed shem

I ordered online with a collection option seeing as I'm near the shop in Hatfield...I had to wait 20min or more for my orders,on top of that we didn't get sauces,the burgers were not in boxes even though the two were large meals and no serviettes for that matter.

I'm highly disappointed in their service.
