Steers Hatfield **********

On the 24/11/2018 at around 7 pm i went to Steers in Hatfield Pretoria to buy myself some food i bought a half a chicken special for R87.70. After paying for my meal i was advised that the electricity went off and the money on my account went off which i advised the cashier. She went on to call the manager and told him the money went off my account and she didnt get the receipt. The Manager (Jacob) went to tell me that they didn't receive my money which i specifically should him on my phone that the money went out my account. He went to say money will be reversed within 5 days it is now the 9th day am still waiting for my reversal nothing has materialized. It seems that this is not the first time this happens to customers as Jacob said this always happens.
