Steers has no reason for not accepting my order

I used Mr D to place an order.Then, 30min later, I call steers to confirm if they received the order, so I don't duplicate, as the App doesn't show.

I get sent around to various people, they hang up and cut calls.

On the 4th call, a lady took my number, for Steeers to call me back.

A man named Perfect called me back and said that the cashiers just explained that they didn't accept my order earlier. I ask why?

He says he doesn't know why the cashiers didn't accept my order earlier.
