Steers has a bad attitude & *********

Went with a colleague to the Princess Crossing outlet to get 10 x Whacky Wednesdays. I was asked if I wanted cheese and responded no. While waiting we noticed that the advert said to ask for your free reward. We inquired about this & was told it was an ice cream or small chips & then told that we should have asked when we first placed the order & it would cost an additional R159.00. We asked why we were only asked about the extra cheese & no mention of the free reward & the person thought it was a huge joke when I said that I would write a complaint on HelloPeter. Doesn't say much about Steers business ethics or moral compass.
