Steers Grosvenor Crossing shocking service

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of *********** service from Steers, Grosvenor Crossing during lockdown level 4. Almost 2 hours have gone by and no delivery, cant get hold of anyone at the number given ***. You are absolutely useless with regards to service delivery, I have F#$%%g paid for my order and you think its ok to not call me, of which you have my number as, I ordered through the app. All those staff should be fired on the spot for absolute incompetence.
