Steers Grahamstown is the worst

The official Steers Page #SteersGrahamstown I am absolutely appalled at the fact that I have had no response from you after my complaint to you about the terrible service received at Steers in Grahamstown. No response and definitely no apology or investigation into the matter. As visitors to Grahamstown we decided to order online from Steers and paid the delivery fee. After more than an hour of waiting my husband was finally forced to drive to Steers and fetch the order himself . It was there on the rack and ice cold. No apology was given.The staff were quite rude until they realized that my husband could understand what they were saying The burgers were also in a terrible condition. I have the photos of the burgers as proof.Shame on you Steers Grahamstown!
