Steers goldman pathetic service and *******!!!

I orders from steers goldman at 15:58 and paid with my card thereafter I recieved a message saying Hi Nadeemah, we've successfully received your order for delivery from Steers Goldman Crossing :).... it's going for 8 which is almost 4 hours later and I haven't heard anything from them... I have tried to contact them numerous times however no successful contact was made... they didnt even have the decency to contact me if they had a problem... stole my money!!!!!
