Steers Golden Acre slow service or no product

Steers Golden Acre been pethatic if i can say the least. Few times i wanted to order breakfast early in the morning. I phone them to ask what time they open. They told me 8am. Then just after 8 when we there, they telling is we have to wait for 15to30min before we can order. In the last 3 weeks i think the ice cream machine work 2 or 3 times. Thats a bit shocking. Been told by the staff the been happening for a while. And yesterday we order food there. I went back to get a milkshake. One person by the till, 4 standing at the back looking at someones phone, a guy walk from the one side to the other drinking out of the metal milkshake containers while walking to the back. While standing there, 2 people infront of me trying to order, it took me 18min to order a milkshake. And best of all, the milkshake was horrible.

Not sure what to say or ask about that store, but that was a very bad experience from one store in a total of 3 weeks! Shocking!!!
