Steers Glen Acres VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordred on line Wednesday to collect from Steers Glen Acres for collection at 17h30 Order number ***.

When Arriving at 17h34 only to find out they have not even started my order.I asked the lady at the till why is my order not ready.Her blunt reply was " I dont Know"

My slip for the order was only then printed and prepared.And as it was Wednesday the store was very busy .

I must say I am dissapointed in the service received at this store.

I have ordered several times from the store at Avonlea Engen Bredell and my order was always ready and correct
