STEERS GHANDI SQUARE AND ITS DRIVERS ARE TERRIBLE

I placed an order online via Steers Ghandi Square at 09:47am to 9 Lothbury Road auckland Park the driver who was supposed to deliver my food then decided to go delivery my food at Towers in JOBURG CBD even though the address was specified on the order , he called me at 10:20am stating that he is outside when i went out he was not there , he then requested I send him my location , the driver only arrived at 11:54 with the food cold as hell with only apologies , I am sorry but I didn't accept the food and advised that I will be lodging a complaint , I am VERY VERY disappointed in the service , I called *** more than 5 times and every time the IVR said they can not take my call at the moment I should call back in a few minuets , SUCH POOR CUSTOMER CARE
