steers gave me incomplete order

On the 27th today of april i ordered a Mo Mjojo burger at steers in Cosmo city , not only did the meal arrive cold but while i was eating i realised that the burger is not complete , there was no pineapple even on the bag there was no note saying its incomplete , i couldn't even enjoy the cold meal i paid R144.90 for cold and incomplete meal i ddnt even enjoy
