Steers - From bad to worse

<p>One last attempt to give Steers highveld Centurion another try, and what a mistake! Previous time waited just short of 40 minutes for a fast food meal, and staff were clearly visibily laughing at irate customers experiencing the same delays. Got home and food was cold, and burgers in a state,as if they had been dumped in the box.(This not being first time either btw)</p> <p>Last night with a final attemt to see if there could be an improvement, was again let down again, got home and was short meal component. Called the store to rectify, and was told they realised they had short placed the item. I requested them to resolve the issue as I was certainly not going drive back after experiencing so many issues with Steers, and expected them to dleiver my item. Was told outright they dont deliver so there is nothing they can do, this from the Manager, point blank!</p> <p>Now how does such a large fast food chain not have procedures in place to sort out their mess, and total incompetence of staff.</p> <p>Its totally unacceptable, and considering I had bought meals for 6 people!</p> <p>To top it all off, once again burgers ICE COLD!</p> <p>This was the last time i will support Steers, as the attitude, competence of staff noted, and food, is just way below standard for the price paid.</p> <p>What a pity, as Steers used to be rather enjoyable, now just plain unpleasant.</p>
