Steers Fontainebleau Is Pathetic

We have been getting bad quality chips from Steers Fontainebleau after ordering via Uber Eats. It happened repeatedly until I thought it was time to issue a formal complaint. I did this about a week ago and I was given a reference number for my complaint. Upto now there has been no follow up on the matter or explanation at least on what is going on. If it had happened once I wouldn't have made a fuss over it but this has happened repeatedly.
