Steers Fochville burned food

Yesterday I was tired and my son begged me for burgers. As I am a single mom Wacky Wednesdays are affordable.

He ordered and after 40 min I had to leave for an appointment, I told the lady that I will collect afterwards.

About 45 min later we collected. When we came home we were shocked, the meat was covered in a black glaze as if it was burned, it was bitter and dry.

Web could not eat it , so we had to give it to the dogs.

I lodged a complain on their website. A lady phoned me and said she was sorry- not even tried to offer us a refund.

It is very bad when you came home hungry and the food is uneatable, then you lodge a complain and is not even refunded.
