Steers Ennerdale ******* and Appalling service

I Placed my order at 3:30 pm, at 4:30 pm I called the store and was told that the order was on its way. I called the store again at 5:13 pm and they said they didn't know what happened and would ask the manager to call me back. I called the store again at 5:43 and when I spoke to the manager she didn't even know what I was talking about I ran out of airtime and had to call back. I had four of my calls disconnected without speaking to anyone and eventually, when I spoke to the manager at 6:09 pm she told me that the order was on its way and it was never done, to begin with, she did not even bother to call me back and advise me that the order was not done until I called back. They **** at the beginning and still kept lying because I had still not received my order. they treat their customers like idiots and turn around and say sorry as if it will erase all the inconvenience they caused. What ****y service would not recommend
