Steers engen hatfield

Few weeks ago my partner placed an order at steers engen Hatfield and this guys took 3 hours to deliver our order. Today on 25 March 2020, I placed an order on the App and even now I'm still waiting for my for my order. They even send me an automated to say " hope you enjoy the food" but they didnt deliver anything. You guys are sloppy and this bad service of yours has made me change my mind about Steers. I will order at another restaurant beside Steers. You not doing me a favour. Just bear that in mind.
