What is the purpose of online ordering... going to collect and then when you get there you still need to wait more than 10min for your order and then it's cold. The people are so unfriendly there and when you ask them why the wait they turn their back on you and don't even answer. That is so unacceptable ... Seriously the most bad services I have encountered.
