Steers Engen Galleria Horrible service

I had a horrible experience with Steers Egen Galleria in Amanzimtoti.

The night manager was absolutely rude to me, even accused me of being drunk. He didn’t want to listen to my questions regarding the one bacon they put in my burger. He came with a picture of the king steer and said I must look at it because that is how it’s served. When I asked him where in that poster does it say one bacon? Where is written that I’m to get one bacon? He turned and left me and never returned. When I asked for them to take the burger he rudely said no he won’t be able to sell it. And put it by the window. I asked the employees for his name, they didn’t want to give me.

I was so fuming and angry threw the burger at then and drove away. I’m a really disappointed as the situation could of been handled in a good way.
