Steers Elspark
On the 7th of December my spouse was away and i placed an order for a cheeseburger and 2 buddy bottles of cooldrink. This was placed timeously so that my food would be here so that i could eat and take my chronic medication on time as stipulated by my doctors. (I am on government disability pension which is R1700 a month so a takeaway means sacrifices to afford it every so often) I was told it would take an hour after i had to repeat my small order several times and my address 6 times which included spelling it out several more times. An hour later no order. I phoned in after 15 more minutes. They said the driver should be here. After a further 15 minutes i phoned again. I got told the driver could not find my street address. NB I HAVE HAD 3 PREVIOUS DELIVERIES FROM THE SAME OUTLET TO MY ADDRESS. They said they would make a fresh order and send it again. Now i was already late taking my meds by half an hour. After waiting a further hour i again phoned Steers Elspark. More explaining that the driver was nearly here. 2 minutes later the driver phones me from his cell. I can clearly hear that he is still at the store. He tells me he is riding up and down in the streets looking for my house. I heard the same noises and voices from 2 minutes prior when i called in. This is more than 2 hours that have passed. Once again i patiently spelled out my address and had him repeat it. He said he was on his way. Eventually after 3 hours since i placed my order they called to say they could not find my address. I was livid. I had to make food as my medication was late and was affecting me adversely. I do not recomend that anyone supports Steers Elspark. They offered to give me my origanal order but then i must pay for it and they will add an additional cheeseburger for free for my spouse but i must pay for my order and delivery. They dont need my support or anyone else's.
