STEERS EL RIDGE BOKSBURG * WORST DRIVERS*

Steers El Ridge has some of the worst delivery drivers we have experienced. They are absolutely rude, have no manners, and unfortunately this is not the first or second time we’ve had a horrible experience with your delivery service.

The driver did not greet us when arriving with the food, placed the food on the floor, avoided all eye contact, and would not even speak through the gate access system so I could open for him at the complex. His attitude and behaviour were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We support your branch regularly, but experiences like this make us reconsider ordering again. Management seriously needs to address the conduct and customer service standards of the delivery drivers.
