Steers El Corro - never again

Regarding Steers - El'Corro Centre Good Day Sir / Madam. My mood is blackened with what I witnessed last night. 3 April 2025 at 18h10. After getting food from Golden Rose. I thought it would be quick to get 2 milkshakes and would perhaps take 10 mins. I stood there for 20 to 25 minutes waiting for 2 milkshakes while my takeways were ice cold. The service is disgusting, one lady behind the counter who has no f......g clue as to what she is doing. While the other people stood chatting in the back. Really, is this how you want people to perceive STEERS. I would say not, I would be embarrassed to own that franchise. Fire the lot of them and get people who want to work and can actually do the work!!!
