Steers edenmedows Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Placed an order directly from steers app to deliver from steers edenmedows, now lets be clear i live approximately 1-2km away from the steers ( by car its max n 5 min drive). Placed n R400+ order . Placed the order At 7:15 the evening... after an hour of still not received our order we called and was told that the order is complete and they were waiting on n driver at 8:32 our order finally arrives, in soggy torn packaging, with ice cold burgers, and overall cold over-oily old chips. (And i say this with experience as i was n BOH AND FOH Steers Manager many moons ago at n different steers) went inside as and realized that we never received our 2l soda again another call to steers to get our drink, placed that call at 8:35, and was told our drink was on its way , tried calling again to confirm were are order is and was told they have high call volumes but no answer, EVENTUALLY our drink FINALLY ARRIVES at 9:16.. What an absolute waste of money , and time.
