Steers East London beachfront

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service and food quality I received at the Steers Beachfront branch in East London.

On my visit, I purchased a quarter chicken meal with chips and a roll. The cashier, whose name was Aqamile, was extremely rude and even shouted at me during the interaction, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful.

When I arrived at my workplace and opened the meal, I discovered that the chips were excessively oily and the roll was stale/old. The food quality was unacceptable and I could not eat it, so I ended up throwing it away.

I am very disappointed by both the customer service and the condition of the food I received. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed appropriately.
