Steers Dwarsfontein - What a disgrace

The state of this steers as well as the staff and lack of management is a disgrace. The food matched the overall appeal and Steers should not permit such disgusting behaviour to be aligned to their name. Our breakfast was incomplete and cold with rubber eggs. I requested a glass of water and was given a half glass of luke warm tap water, apparently hey do not keep ice or lemon so I decided to send my water back. I tried to speak to management but the waitress told me there is no management, eventually on paying I discovered there was a "leader" not a manager who did absolutely nothing to try and improve the situation. I travel substantially and am totally put off stopping for Steers ever again.
