Steers Drive through giving cold burgers. Disgusting!

Second time ive ordered food through the drive through to receive a atone cold burger.

First time I ordered 3 rave burgers. One was hot and fresh. The other 2 were stone cold. I went back several days later today. Ordered 2 rave burgers and both were stone cold. I went to the window and told them. The lady disappeared and came back a minute later asking me to check. They were a little warmer as if simply thrown in a microwave. They were still cold though.
