Steers Plettenberg Bay. Everyone loves Steers ice cream and the chocolate topping is divine!!!; Our Steers in Plettenberg Bay has had a broken soft surf machine for months now!!!! When you ask the lady behind the counter when it will be repaired she just shrugs her shoulders. The machine doesn't make the ice cream solid enough so it's only suitable for milk shakes. Come on Steers, get your act together!!! It has been months that the machine is faulty, it's holiday season now and our town is crawling with tourists!!;;;
