Steers dissapointment

Heidelberg Steers at the petrol station heading south next to the N3 shocking. Waited 35 minutes for a regular burger and chips. Rude patrons no friendlyness or rush to get things done. Only One lady present in the kitchen on a go slow and everyone moving slower than my 90 year old grandpa with crutches. My favourite take away for years but got a bad taste for it now.
