Steers - Disgusting Service

After ordering veg burgers, to my surprise I received beef burgers. Luckily we discovered this as driving out. After returning, to my disgust, I didn't even receive a "sorry" but just, "oh you got the wrong one"!!

Being a vegetarian, it's disgusting to receive service like that from STEERS, as if you are unable to take a correct order then you shouldn't be in business.
