Steers disgusting Service

Hi

So today i was at Steers delft mall cape town, i have been been here before. But what baffles me is that every time i buy Brisket and Wors as it appears on the Menu, Steers Menu, i am told they dont have Pap, this happened two times of different dates, my question is why is it on the Menu if you dont sell it? There are three meals with Pap on your Menu, is steers saying we also cannot buy that? Or is it just steers in Delft mall?
