Steers ****- Didnt get my Order

I just recieve a bad and pathetic service from Steers. I made an online order using my Steers App ordered from KG Mall Kwa Guqa. The order was made at 15:32 11 June 2023. I waited for my order more than 1hr. And call the store was told tge drive in on his way. I waited until 17:40 and the store call ask me if i got it , So i told them to cancel it. Because it was already 18:00. I tried to email them twice, they never responded. I called their head office and explain. They said they will deal with it. Still response until today. And this thing of not getting orders its been the second time now. Steers its just another ****, their service its so poor and useless to useless to use their app to make an order.
