Steers Delmas Horrible Servie

Order online as cash on delivery. Order came quickly and the driver did not have any change. Gave her R200 note and she did not have any change. Said she would be back with my R100. After more than 3 hours my change still hasn't been returned. I call the call centre (which is stupid cause you want to speak to the store directly). Still after an hour no change. I called the call centre again and then only after saying I am going to complain the manager gave me a call. The money was returned within 10min. If I did not call the driver would have kept my change after saying she will return it. If someone takes something and don't return it, it is called *****ing.
