Steers Delivery over an hour late

I placed an online order just before 16:30 and received an email notification and sms at approximately 16:41. At 17:23 I placed a call to the outlet and the lady on the other side claimed that the driver had just left at the time of my call. It is currently 17:45 and still no sign of the delivery guy- this is highly unnacceptable.
