Steers delivery is terrible

Phoned for a delivery from Steers Cosmo mall at 18:20, then phoned to track the order (an hour later) and was told my order was just given to the driver, and to expect it in 20mins. At 20:57 I get a call asking if they can still deliver!! Unacceptable.
