Steers Deliver a no no!!!

<p>regarding delivery services .....And communication with clients are so pathetic .ordered via the online service got confirm that order was placed still no Food. Had to call the store only to find out that food has been there but drivers aren't Apparently allowed to deliver in the strand Area...just for more information it wasn't the first time ordering online and food was delivered before at the same address. As am writing this review am still waiting on my order . order placed at 12:48 delivered at 14:50 . i dont blame the drivers but the management on duty. just checked the slip order was ready at 12:49 . Totally Disgusted would really like some feedback from the owners. not even worthy my 1 star rating just had to star it to be able to post it. i was also told by the driver they could get some or other penalty ...Why is that my probably? i put in a order has they were in the 5km radius ....why was i stuck with the probably of there online service not being correct</p>
