Steers Delft Mall

I went to Steers Delft Mall this afternoon to buy 2 mo mjojo meals and two large bar one milkshakes. The employee who made the milkshake for me saw that I am holding items in my one hand. I therefore asked her to put the milkshakes in a cupholder as i wont be able to hold them separately. She gave the cupholder and threw the straws on table . When i sat down after leaving the shop, both lids of the milkshakes fell and everything fell out, meaning that milkshake was not properly covered.I didn’t have the energy to walk back because i am pregnant and couldn’t bare the heat. I tried contacting the store manager as i was upset. I was told that i will get a call back, but no one got back to me. To me this means that bad attitude from employees is encouraged at Steers Delft Mall. I am upset because i literally wasted R80 for nothing.
