Steers definitely NOT a fast food Restaurant

Not even worthy of a star, maybe minus 5. Been waiting 2 and a half hours since I've placed the original order, phoned after an hour and a half only to hear their system aren't working and they have lost all orders. Promised it will be within the next 30minutes.... That was more than an hour ago... Phone placed on hold when I ask about the status of our food
