Steers, Debonairs Pizza and FishAways (Lenasia South)

Greetings I have a huge problem with the famous brands pty ltd stores in Lenasia South, Debonairs, FishAways and also more recently, Steers. Their service is very bad, it is immensely pathetic on online orders. I just recently had an issue with Steers, they told me they will noy deliver where I live which is just 4.5km from where I live in Weilers Farm (aka Majazane) because apparently, they do not deliver anywhere else after 7pm. I am hungry right now and have no means to travel at this time and they said I needed to come and get it. Previously, a month back, I ordered at Debonairs Pizza at the same place run by the same management and I was told that above the delivery fee charged, I was suppose to tip the driver and this was when I ordered at Fish Aways. I refused as it was not a requirement according to me, I ended up only paying the delivery fee. I did not complain. They have a delivery service that seems conditional to their liking and their supposed to deliver and I have ordered before after 7pm and it got delivered for me, suddenly it has now switched???? I am dissatisfied and gravely disappointed. I feel disrespected by those people. They have no concept of service and if possible, I would like to take this a but further as their service is not consistent. Steers, Debonairs Pizza and Fish Aways in Lenasia South are all cut from the same cloth!!!!
