STEERS DAINFERN SQUARE: I PAID ONLINE BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!

I placed an order online and paid for the order. The delivery was never recieved! I called the store and customer service number but it was after hours so there was no answer.

Can someone please call me back! How can you just take customers payments and NOT provide a service????
