Steers Cresta Mall/ Debonairs Northcliff

Good day

Im not really one to complain but today took the win. After coming from the doctor, decided to order food from Debonairs Northclif. Tried changing my order after submitting, called them immediately tried phoning for times for 25 minutes 5th a steers lady snswered and told me my order left already but she will cancel it. Then i tried ordering from steers cresta mall. After waiting 45 minutes after placing my order the store told me that my order left a while ago, i live 7 minutes away from cresta like really.. this all started at 14:00 and i finally got my food at 16:00 Ordered a milkshake thats now nesquick. Not sure if its crazy service or this is just a bad day.
