Steers Cresta Disgusting service

Never have I ever been so disgusted by the service i received from your cashier : Thato at 20:23 on the 27th of November 2024. The previous day when i got to the food outlet, i was there after 20:30 with a colleague of mine and we were told that it was late and they were already closed. Okay, not a problem we understood and returned back to work. the following day ( when we met tyrant; Thato) was a nightmare.

Upon arrival; being early, we were greeted with a sour look that uttered the following words with attitude: " we do not have anything"... no greeting, no apology. Mind you, we were early. When i voiced what happened yesterday and whats happening today; again with disgusting response from her: "We will see tomorrow"... I requested for contact details to lay my grievance and I received the following response from her: " Google it"

I will be posting this rudeness on as much media platforms as possible and will relay the ordeal with communication media as well. I expect an apology from her, written and verbal. and she needs training or to be removed from the front desk as she has proven her lack of empathy to clients of Steers.
