steers cosmo mall has the worst service on planet earth

Yet another review for this stinking establishment. I don't know whether their service stinks bcos they know they are the only ones that deliver or it stinks because they are serving black community. There is no sense of customer service consideration whatsoever. I placed an order at 15:21 and at 16:32 when I phoned the store my order had still not arrived at 16:55 I told the driver to take it back as instructed with the store he turns around and says it's not his fault the order is delayed. Now I don't understand what he meant by that, does that mean it's my fault that the order is late????? I really feel the store needs some sort of revamp from management to drivers they all need training on what customer service is. Had it been in a white area I doubt they would be trading people like ****. The last complaint I had on the 15th December 2017 is still not resolved not even an apology or anything that's how much they value their customers. A driver will leave their speedpoint then phone u at 22:45 to collect money and nothing is done or said. It's really sad how they treat people forgetting that out support pays their bills. It's bull**** that we have to complain every damn day on something that never changes
