Steers commitment

This is maybe the 4th time I ordered Steers on the app that is delivered late. It is now 1h25min and I still dont have my order. Lines cutt off because of hi call volume, I cannot get hold o anyone to answer my questions. Best food with the worst service and respect. I would rather buy from another franchise in the future, I have given Steers enough chances not even minding paying the higher premium for quality but it gets delivered late, cold. Not impressed!
