Steers Colony - old, uncooked food, worse service

The Steers store at the Colony Arms in Craighall Park has given ********** food, and worse service. The chips were soggy and brown, two of our three burgers were undercooked, and one had a bun that sounded hollow when we knocked on it, it was that old. I took two bites of my chicken burger, which was also soggy with mayo (had to sc**** some off), and broke the patty up to check it wasn't in my head. Sent the food back, they sent my chicken burger back to me as is saying i'd \eaten everything""; and has given us hell about fixing the situation. She also said it's the first time this happened;yet when we called the Mr Delivery that delivered our food their response was \""Steers again!\"". Eventually i said i want my money back because her attitude was awful towards us"
